Suzann Pettersen

Suzann Pettersen was born in Oslo, Norway on April 4, 1981. She currently resides in Orlando, Florida. Suzann is a Norwegian expert golfer who plays, for the most part, in the United States. Her greatest professional status is the world’s second Amateur Career. Pettersen was elevated to a professional status in September 2000.

At the beginning of 2007, Pettersen was chosen to stand for Norway at the Women’s World Cup of Golf. Pettersen had to pull out due to illness prior to the start of the event. She recovered quickly and was able to participate in this opportunity.

Suzann was the first Norwegian LPGA champion at the 2007 Michelob ULTRA Open at Kingsmill, defeating Jee Young Lee in a final round. She the grasped and won the second major championship.

On the Ladies European circuit she succeeded to take hold of the SAS Masters in her local Norway. November 22, 2007 was a victorious month for Pettersen. At the Long Drug Challenge she triumphed and won her third LPGA success by defeating Lorena Ochoa in a final round.

On December 31, 2007, Pettersen achieved the stature of placing in second place in the Women’s World golf rankings, exceeding Karrie Webb and Annika Sorestam.

In January 2008, Suzann Pettersen authorized and signed a multi-year contract. She will also symbolize Nike in clubs, balls, footwear, gloves and bags. Her first success of 2008 comes at the playing of the Deutsche Bank Ladies Golf Open. Suzann had seven professional victories. Two European tours and five LPGA tours.
