PGA Favorite

Looks like Phil Mickelson will be in the lead since Tiger Woods is out of the PGA.

Phil Mickelson is a 38 year old man with his eye on the win. He is a California native and was raised in Arizona. He is a left handed golfer and proud of it. He attended Arizona State on a golf scholarship and won numerous awards. He is the second collegiate golfer to earn first-team honors all four years in the All-American. In 1991, he won his first PGA open.

Phil is a very giving person. He has paid for a college education for others. He is married with children. Phil won one of his first tournaments on Mother's Day without his family there. With aging, he knows he has to take better care of is life, so he has started working out more to keep his flexibility and just overall good health. Mickelson is hoping with the help of his Ryder Cup team members that they will come out on top.

Mickelson got in trouble just before the 2004 Ryder cup. As they said, he had sent a voicemail to another company thanking them for helping him with his brother's equipment. He was let go of his contract with another company 16 months early. He did sign with Callaway Golf and has be with them ever since. He did have some trouble in the Ryder cup and people wanted to believe it was because he changed equipment, but he denied it.
